| Then I ran my test projector setup I heard i breaksound after a while. The condensor lens had broke of the heat. I only use a 150W halogen bulb for testing. My question is, does the condensor lens has to be of a special glas type or what do you other people use in your setup. |

| I'd guess your mounts are too tight.....the glass expanded as it heated up and had nowhere to go, so it cracked. Try lossening the mounts next time. |

| Yes, mine has a few mm free movement in each direction (fitted as std. in my OHP). |
