1/3 octave warble or pink - Click HERE for Original Thread

I have been searching the net for test tones for speaker testing. I can find individual tones or full spectrum pink noise but I have yet to find 1/3 octave warble tones or 1/3 octave pink noise (pink limited to individual 1/3 octave bands). Are these things so hard/expensive to generate that there are none available outside of purchased CDs? I don't have appropriate software to generate my own. Audacity will make a white noise file that you can the filter but the filtering is pretty limited in effectiveness.

Audacity allows the use of plug in filters. Look for the glam bandpass filters. These are FIR filters that can be set to any frequency. I created a set of 1/3 octave noise tracks using pink noise. When all the track are played simultaneously you cannot tell it from unfiltered pink noise.
I would send you the files except they are 307MB
