If they're not available here, you might want to check the Altec Forums.

or Great Plains Audio if you would like new.

I can strongly recommend the product from Iconic or Great Plains Audio.. I have a pair of the Iconic 165-8G (aka 515-8G at GPA) in my Onkens. Cost for these drivers when I purchased them was around $400 each exclusive of shipping, but this is in line with the cost of a good pair of vintage 515 or 416 on eBay, without any worries about their actual condition.

Iconic site here: http://www.iconicspkrs.com/products.html

(Contrary to the statement on the Iconic site it has not been updated in over 3 yrs.)

Great Plains Audio site here: http://www.greatplainsaudio.com/

Last time I knew for sure Iconic was manufacturing drivers for Great Plains Audio, and I don't think this has changed, but I would contact Great Plains Audio to place the order. (I ordered mine through Iconic.)
Back when I placed my order Altec (Sparkomatic) and GPA had no understanding about using the Altec part numbers, this has apparently changed.
