:bawling: hello I live in Panama and here does not sell the IC 3120 I can buy it in some Web site? I have 1501d and burning fire the resistor of 100 ohms that provides with current the IC 3120 of pre amplification. can somebody helpme? I do not speak English very well. HCPL3120s is a optic component??? :bawling:

:( CAN SOMEONE GIVE THE GRAPH OF 1501? PLEASE

my theory is that the circuit of pre amp (a 3120) that provides with signal to the output circuit is damaged

i think the a3120 is in short circuit and burning fire te resistor of 100 ohms, but i dont know the value of the zener diode you know???

It's possible that the 3120 is damaged but if the 100 ohm resistor is burning, the FETs are likely damaged.

You also need to check the surface mount diode hear the FETs. If it's shorted, it may be able to cause the resistor to overheat.

The Zener diode is marked J5. It's a 20v Zener.
