I am trying to modify an existing schematic (the PCB is already printed). This means I cannot modify too many things, except changing a few parts. I would appreciate some help in finding the best feedback configuration for this schematic.
As I said, no large modifications are possible (like replacing IC's),

Please drow on this schematic

Hello. I'm back from vacation and ready to tackle the problems. This is how the amplifier works now

This is a nice way to describe the working of your circuit!

Your scope probe seems to have too much capacitance, you should have to change to 1:10 type, but othervise the 10k at the input of gate-driver is too high also. It's better to have much smaller impedances where you need fast changes. You could also increase the current of level-shifter.

Otherwise does it work more or less well?

I've just recognized: +/-120V ?!?
