Is there a power transistor that has more power output than a 2SC3264, in a similar form factor?

the amp is the swr I am working on and am just wondering whats out there. Searching here hasnt come up with anything yet.

The amp has 8 of these in there, running them around 80 volts I believe.

Hi, you can substitute 2SC3264 with 2SC2921 OR 2SC2922. these transistor manifactured from same SANKEN are in my mind very similar. Yon can download the datasheet for your sure.

Sanken is the only legit company that manufactures MT200 case ring-emitter devices and the 200W/230V 2SA1295/2SC3264 are the most powerfull they've got.

At +80V rail levels, substituting the originals by 160Vce 2SC2921 or 180Vce 2SC2922 is not really smart.
Even with knowledge about local mains surge values and powersupply regulation numbers it would be bad engineering.
