Just picked up a Thorens TD-160 with tp16 arm at a church flea market, great find! :)
Could use a new belt, but other than that it looks/works great.
However, the cartridge has NO markings/writing/ident on it
I'm guessing that maybe the 160 came with a "standard" cartridge from Thorens, but don't know - and would like to find out.
I've attached a shot of the cartridge - satin black with gloss black plastic
Any ideas? Would like to get a stylus for it, if it's a decent cartridge.

| Have you tried to remove it from the headshell?Sometimes there are some clues at the back of the cartridge.Thorens of that time were often using ELAC cartridges.Still I 'm not 100% sure. |
