not sure if this post belongs in this category ... but i bought a tektronix 465 scope , used ... and seems it needs to be repaired. i took it to a calibration company but they were unable to repair it. where in southern california can i take this model to get fixed.
symptoms are that the waveforms are very distorted ... frankly, nothing resembling what i know as a scope trace ... appears like it is in some sort of lissajous x-y mode, but i know that's not the case.
i opened it up and blew out dust with an air can - no luck ... i didn't noticed some calibration screws on the left hand side (same side as the channel cards)
i can post pictures early next week if necessary.
