A quick intro - been lurking for a few months. Found the forum looking for some info on the LM3886 chipamp - a friends' guitar amp had died and the 3886 was the culprit. I suppose I built my first chipamp back in about 1983 using TDA2030's using the datasheet circuit and home made PCBs.
Other interests: classic/kit cars/electronics (e.g., megasquirt) although the garage is full of household junk rather than anything automotive, brewing (and drinking!) beer, household DIY etc!.
