Russian resistor type? - Click HERE for Original Thread

Would any of you by chance, know what type of resistor these are?

Info so far:

Origin: Soviet Union, military stuff
Screened with an aluminum jacket
0.5% tolerance
0.5W

As you can see they're rather big for a 0.5W rating, approx 8mm diameter, and like 15mm long.
