Hi,
I am in a middle of repairing of Panansonic Projector LB-50. While repairing of Projector Ballast I found a mosfet K3934 (three pin). I have not been to find a data for this component. Any one having any information regarding equivalent of this component please reply
i think it might be a 2sk3934..toshiba website has the datasheets

if i remember right there was some sort of ballast modification kit made by panasonic..as the ballast kept blowing up lamps.
i shall try to fish out the part numbers later
