That's a bit of a strange fish. Technicaly it looks like a design copy of the SME 3009, but they've used standard bearings for the vertical rather than a knife edge design. What is wierd about that choice is that they have included an outrigger weight on the counterweight which only really has any effect with knife edge bearings.

The fit and finish looks like the later Ortofon arms or the early Micro Seki, both were around the same period early eighties. No idea who made it though.

Looks a little like a QRK. Popular in the broadcast field in the late sixties.
