Hi all:
As we know just how awfully expensive monster power motors can be, thought I'd throw this woofer out there:
small xmax (5.5mm), probably not the nicest quality, but a low (18.5Hz) fs and high Qts (.67)
and most importantly!
$45 each. That's REAL cheap. Buy a quad and get your infinite baffle setup rockin! Or give your dipoles some serious low end cojones.
Just a point out of a real nice price woofer that fits many of the current en-vogue speaker design requirements. |

badmanj, it's very cheap. i would like to try it but my home is so far away. when it sends to me. the price may be over than *3. it's not cheap. u talk about dipole that make me thinks the celestion dipole sub which the bass sound is clear.
badman u only talk about this driver a long time. i think that sometime they sell it all.(not only one driver left) u cannot buy.

I imagine this is a translation issue, as this is the first time I've posted anything about this driver.
I only point it out because it looks like a very affordable driver that, given enough units (which you'll need with such low damping at such a low Fs) you should be able to get extremely deep bass from a dipole or infinite baffle arrangement. |
