Searching for switching power supply schematics - Click HERE for Original Thread

Hello all,

My attempts to find a good toroidal transformer at reasonable price with something like 30-0-30 out at 5A was unsuccesfull, here in my city seems to be very difficult... So I decided to try with switching power supply, using for example a computer ATX switching transformer core reformed to obtain necessary voltages at output. My question is...

Have somebody any project schematics for this purpose? Because I'm not sure to create a new design by myself...

heeelp!!!

THANK YOU!!!

Hi

I do, but it won't probably help you much. Modding PC supply is easyest, you remove voltage sense protections, change feedback for your voltage, rewind trafo, use better rectifiers and new caps and you are done

I put a lot of LTspice circuits of power supply ideas that you can run simulations on into the files section of my group. You have to request to be a member, though, for such various reasons as keeping out spammers.
