I am upgrading my speaker wire to 10AWG.
I haven't looked at the back of my 500t amp in so long that I did not remember not being able to use spades.
It looks like I can only use a stripped wire for the connection.
Is it possible to use a banana plug?

You should really try weaving together 4 strands of 18g solid core as the negative and as the positive. It's going to sound considerably better.
