Could someone please give me a formula?

Do you mean the RMS voltage?
V = SQRT (R x W)

Or the dBs instead?

Hi,

For a subwoofer in the upper bass it depends on senstivity and
maximum power handling, in the low bass volume displacement,
i.e. excursion x cone area, try WinISDPro free software.
