Couple o' suggestions:
1) I concur with areza: Include a dead-time cross-conduction lock-out circuit to eliminate the possibility of cross-conduction and subsequent catastrophic failure,
2) Depending on current drawn, change the IRF840s to IRFP450s or '460s for more current capacity.

At 100 switching events per second, 2us current tails are never a problem.
In that kind of square wave inverters, MOSFET tend to blow due to the heavy inrush currents of some appliances. |
