| If you set the master/slave switch to 'master', set the gain to the maximum and drive the signal into the L/R input RCA jacks, is the speaker output level low? |

I assume you have tried other amplifiers or input devices to rule them out as defective?
What is the two minutes, do you mean it works after two minutes? |
