I can purchase FQA12P20 at £0.50 ( for min 250 ). If people are interested I will buy 250 and then sell on fresh from the tube at cost. Please rely to list . paypal can be used ,buyer pays fees and postage at cost. I would like 50 myself.

I think you can get FQA12P20 at Farnell.
The N-FET was my problem. But then you are probably going for IRFP240.
