My beta test Squeezebox Receiver and remote control arrived today! Woohooo!
Everything is working great right out of the box. Plays together nicely with my SB3.
The SBR is small ! It's about as big as if you stacked 4 of the remote controls on top of each other.
I'll be plugging the new one into my system with ESL-63s and trying it with my headphones. I'll try comparing the SB3 and the SBR to see if I can hear anything different.
