| Is an STP55NF06 a different or perhaps newer version of the STP55N06? Will it work as a replacement? |

| It does look a little more beefy and close, but I can't say for sure. Mouser has both and does not cross reference them, but does refer to a NDP6060L for the NF06 and that is the sheet I looked at compared to the N06. Most of the specs look good. I did a Sony that was more off than that and it worked fine, no way was I paying 15 for a TO-220. However most people say the originals should work fine if the amp has no other issues, for what that is worth. |

| If this is for a power supply, they should be interchangeable. The NF version appears to be the replacement. |
