Black Elna Cerafines? - Click HERE for Original Thread

Maybe i'm just not "in the know", but I just aquired some 220uf 35V Elna Cerafine Electrolytics and was surprised to see that they had a black wrap around them instead of the standard red. I've attached a picture or two so you can see what I mean.

I've searched and searched and can't find a single picture of another black Cerafine other than the power supply version with the "For Audio" written on them.

If you look on e-bay, you will find sellers of the 'old style' red cerafines and the 'new production' black cerarfines. I've just starting seeing these pop up in e-bay, but no where else.

That helps alot. I've had just never seen the black versions and was making sure i didn't have some fakes. Thanks for the info, now its time to put them on my Mini-Aleph
