Would anyone know where to get Spice models that will work in Circuitmaker Pro6 for :
6SL7, 12AT7, 2A3,6922, EL84/34 , 6L6 and the 2SK1058/2SJ162 MOSFETS.
Thanks.
Cheers.

Hi,
I find many people read this mail but I have not seen any suggestions yet.
Thanks.

This is my tube.lib file. I think I dwnld it from www.duncanamps.com but the site has disappeared.
Anyone knows what happened to duncanamps?

That's all I have in my tubes section.

http://www.hitachisemiconductor.com...244_2sk1056.pdf is the Hitachi datasheet for 2sk1058
and http://www.hitachisemiconductor.com...1182_2sj160.pdf for 2sj162.

You'll have to brew your models from the datasheet or maybe someone here can come up with more.

Hi Hugo,
The Duncanamps site is now at www.duncanamps.co.uk

lets hope someone has directly useable spice data for circuitmaker or ways to convert others for circuitmaker.
Thanks.
Cheers.

Glad you found Duncan :)

I don't know Circuitmaker, but try a search on this forum; I remember there are many threads about the prog. Maybe someone explains the converting trick.

/Hugo - still can improve his digging

I find circuitmaker easy to use. There may be other programs better than that but far more complex to use.

I did download some Spice models and will try them out.
My last attempt did not work. The models in Circuitmaker work well.
Cheers.
