I can highly recommend "Spaceways radio" hosted by Carlos Nino on KPFK 90.7 fm and "Radio Scratch" from the Eternal Thunder site.

Spaceways always has an interesting mix and Radio Scratch is for Lee Perry fans.

BBC 6Music works for me. Good music, relatively intelligent presenters and no ads. ;)

Triple R My favourite radio station. Streaming quality is not top notch and they are primarily a terrestrial station, but they'll play any kind of music you can think of. And usually know something about it at that.

In no particular order - all are good:

http://www.radioparadise.com Good, wide mix of music . Maybe the best mainstream radio in the USA. My all night at work station.

http://www.swissgroove.ch Funky! Get down and Boogy!

Radio Fance "FIP" My old favorite from Paris. A bit of everything.

Radio France "France Music" Always great music. Mostly classical

http://www.manaoradio.com/ Manao Radio on Maui. All volenteer low power FM. DJs play whatever the hell they want. Some times good, sometimes not. They have a house band!

Martini in the Morning. The name says it all.

Yes you are spoiled for choice at shoutcast.

It's worth checking some stations which broadcast at different bitrates to hear the difference in quality.

Also for reggae fans search for azevedo.
