Does anyone here know if Motorola / ON Semi ever published fT Vs Ic, Cib and Cob graphs for the MJE15032/MJE15033 devices?
There is comprehensive data on the On Semi MJE15028/MJE15029 datasheet, but not the On Semi MJE15032/MJE15033 datasheet sheet. Perhaps an old, superseded Motorola datasheet had the data?
I’ve been told the data is here somewhere on DIY Audio, but I guess I’m inept with the search function here.

Hi,
I have got some Motorola Transistor books at the house. Will have a look. They seem to have extensive information on the devices in them.
Always wanted to see hfe vs Ic plots etc for a BC650/BC651 NPN T-O92 transistor. Apparently this was in a Motorola European Databook.
Never come across it though.
