Does anyone have a copy of the Philips CD960 Circuit Diagram they could e-mail me or point to? I'm not certain but the DAC960 may be close enough for my purposes. Thanks

Hi Mozfet,
I have sent a 1Mb page to your emailacccount. This is all I have as e-file. Remaining pages must be by snailmail.
Did you have a look at Marco's Amboldi website?

Thanks Elso, with the Link I just get a page full of Italian search thingys, tried searching for the guys site but nothing! Help!
Thanks for the Data you sent, if I get stuck then could you post me the rest, I must pay you for that though, Prob buy a clock Kit at the same time, but as yet my CD transport is not finalised due to the demise of my beloved CD80, despite owning various Meridians and a Naim CDi, I have a soft spot for the old Marantz CD80. I do have a Pioneer DVD I have yet to try as a transport, is there any milage to be gained from a better clock circuit in DVDs??

Hi Mozfet,
The lineoutputstage schematic can be found here:

If you click on the picture you get a larger one.
Marco'd site is mixture of English and Italian, I don't have any problem with that.
The KWAK-CLOCK has been succesfully implemented in a DVD player. I received reports for better picture AND sound.
Very often a 27 MHz crystal is used and you have to find/order a fundamental 27 MHz crystal to work in my clock.
But there excist also DVD's with a 13.** MHz crystal. This can be used as such.:bulb: |
