or TA7250BP which is the correct product name ;) I have a couple of chips of.

Does anyone know where to find a usable circuit involving these, or even a pinout diagram?

Here's a link to toshibas 1 channel audio-chips ( I suspect they are one channel since I found them in a car radio-unit) but I can't find it there.

Send me your email id.

I've got the datasheet in pdf - 331 KB, too large to post.

In brief it's a 30-watt BTL car amp chip. The correct name is TA7250 BP.

30 watts into 2 ohms at 10% THD. Or 4 watts into 4 ohms at 0.015% THD.

Lots of protection circuitry. IC runs happier when run hot - 18 volts or so, usable for 2 ohms upto 10 watts, beyond that There's too much fuzz. Actually one of the best specs among the BTL ICs I've seen...

try downloading off this ftp site:

Look around for datasheets: alphabetically ordered, look under 'T' datasheets, there are two files. download the one which says "ta7250" not the one that says "ta7250BP"...
