2 of the IRFZ44N fet's in my audiobahn amp blew....looks kinda cool...

So i'm trying to make sure I get the right mosfets. I know it's the IRFZ44N...duh..but where can I go to get the ones I need? most of the ones I find don't have the "350G" on it like the one in my amp. i just want to make sure I get the right ones.

Digikey will have the IRFZ44N. The rest of the numbers are date/production codes and various other bits of information. All you need is the IRFZ44N.

You MUST replace all of the power supply FETs. The FETs must match. Mixing old and new (even if the old are OK) will result in poor reliability.

The drive circuit may also be damaged. You should pull all of the Z44s and measure the gate drive voltage to make sure it's OK. With a multimeter, you would expect the gate drive voltage to be ~1/2 of B+ when measuring it with the meter set to DC volts.

audiobahn intake series amps are notorious for this...what model number is yours?
