I'm beginning to get noticeable failure quotes after 350 hrs service at modest usage.
Typical is irregular current and microphonics when glass is tapped. This suggests poor internal connections. Anyone else had sim problems ?

I´ve had a broken heater connection in one of my Svetlana EL509-2 - maybe due to rough handling - ?
Also bias-current is not as stable as with other brands I can confirm - but the sound is wonderful - !
