I know this isn't DIY but maybe someone has a thought?
I just got this Sanyo PLC-8800N projector for little money. The only issue is that there is a purplish ghost to the left of objects. I found a reference on the web stating this can be fixed in the service menu. Does anyone have an idea how to get to the service menu and what to do when I get there??

Wow. Problem fixed in service menu. I figured it out myself.
I found a new problem that is unrelated to the settings changes I made. ONLY WHEN IN CEILING MODE I get a horizontal red line almost all the way across. When in table top mode the red line isn't there. WTF?? Any ideas??
