Calibrating a mic - Click HERE for Original Thread
Raka
Hi,

I use Speaker Workshop mainly, and until last week I was using the PC mic. Now I use a german mic (100€) with much better results. I'd like to calibrate it, but I can't think how to do it!
Any hint?

Hello, Raka
You have bought a real good mic, I suppose.

Circlotron is very good at Calibrating Microphones.
He uses White noise, of all sorts
to do this.
What he doesn't know of this, is not even worth knowing! :cannotbe:

Read this thread first:
Calibrating microphone with air hose hiss.

Then you can search our Forum:
Keyword: Calibrate
(or Mic or microphone)

/halo - does not calibrate his mics
- neither does he calibrate his ears ;)
