Hi
Not a word out of place, linuxguru:cheers: And I'll second ozmike for spotting this.
There is another category and I'm not sure if it fits in with linuxguru's analysis: The "Pretend-Audiophile-Trader". There's of course nothing wrong with turning a profit in selling something but some fellas are at it all the time. They appear to 'lust' after something you have and wear you down with approaches to sell your rare or favourite amp or whatever. One wrong word from you and they start 'working' on you to wear you down to a) sell to him/her and b) at the lowest possible price.
Once you decide to part with whatever Trader Joe wants and the postdated cheque is in your hand, the next thing you'll hear is that your former amp has been sold on, at a 75% premium on what you got.

Hello DIYaudio people!
Hope this is the place to ask this .... I may be interested in commencing a thread but cannot see how I can do this - I'm pretty new to this forum.
Anyone who can help with this?
Thanks & Merry Christmas :)

Jesper,
Welcome,
Go to the forum of choice, say Tubes, and in the right hand corner you will find an icon: 'New thread'. In the next window, left hand corner, you will need to check ‘Have you searched’ before you can post the new thread. Make sure you did. :)
