The approx. price will be about SJ109V-TOS ~3,50 Euro and
SK389V-TOS ~2,90 Euro each.

may be a bit late but if someone is still interested in 2SK389-V you should check www.reichelt.de
They delivered me the "V"-Version approx. a week ago.

I doubt anyone here would tell you where 3000 parts were even if we knew where to get them, selling such a chunk of remaining stock to commercial interests would not serve us =)
