I just picked up one of these at Halted Specialties for $35. Looks like they have maybe a dozen left on the shelf, and later I will ask how many they have left in total.
The only ID is "080-0010-A." 5.75 inch Dia max, 2.75 inch tall max. Single primary, 5 independent center-tapped secondaries.
At 120.0VAC supply (red-brown), I measured each secondary (black-blue-black) at 40.6-0-40.6VAC no load. So nominally an 80VCT transformer, estimated at least 500VA.
(Info about this trafo was originally asked on this old DIYAudio thread, but I feel discussions belong here better.)

Those look highly interseting. (And Apex Jr. mentioned a bigger sister?????). My guess is they're from a 5-channel amp using the QSC-style circuit which requires floating independent power supplies.
There's some real possibilities here. One is the original application. Then if you were to just parallel all the secondaries, you'd have one heck of a low-reactance (good regualtion) 500VA toroid. Could make a mono-block or sub amp from hades. Then the idea of stacking secondaries for class H. And there still seems to be room on that core.....

Yeah, that's what I was thinking: gathering together the 5 secondaries , then winding on another few turns to get the 90VCT I need.
