csarmy,
Perhaps a suggestion. You have posted in the woofer section and asked about speakers. How about you tell us what you goals are, whether or not you are going to build your own, as this is a DIY forum, and tell us what kind of music you listen to. The size of you listening area is important as is the gear you own.
Basically, you've just asked a bunch of backyard mechanics "what's the best car to buy" without filling in the blanks.

more info please...
I don't have much to offer directly I'm afraid, but the people out there that do will want to know a few more important details:
1) How much do you want to invest?
2) Are you going for quantity or quality, ie SPL or SQ?
3) How much experience do you have in installation and tuning?
4) What is the vehicle and how much of it's available space are you willing to 'use'?
5) ...
For woofers I'd check the mach5 audio website (www.mach5audio.com), they have the best value speakers around, and by all accounts they are not just cheap but pretty good too.
For bass (car and home) I'm a recent convert to class D amps. Basically they use half the power to produce a particular level of output, and any issues/opinions about sound 'quality' are more or less irrelevant if what you are doing is all about moving volumes of air.

I asked as I thought you'd get more bang for buck from a couple 15's against 4 x 12, for example.
ie 2 x lab12 model almost the same as 1 x tempest 15" in the same sized enclosure (response wise)
Rob.
