basic smps It's a simple circuit suitable for beginners
The circuit consists of 1. 12v regurator for osc 55k circuit 2. b+310vdc
3. mutivibrator 55khz and gate dri trnsformer circuit
4. half bridge dri circuit

There doesn’t look To be any over volt or under volt protection, also no isolated feedback or primary side sensing?

Old salvage SMPS working goes for $2, new is 8 onwards.
PC-AT, 450 watts, TL494 or KA 7500 ics, 339 comparators. 3753 or 13007 main transistors.

Sometimes other Chinese chips.

This is too much hassle to build, particularly coils.
