I was just reading 6L6's excellent thread on restoring a Pioneer PL71.

I'm trying to resolve speed issues with my own deck, which I think is a PL51 or 51A under a different model number (for the Japan market).
Someone suggested replacing the trimpots, and as full disassembly and careful cleaning of the switches, and contact spraying the trimpots in situ hasn't worked, I may eventually decide to replace the trimpots.
I don't actually know anything about the specs of the originals in the Pioneer deck. I'm wondering if anyone has done the procedure. Also, from a bit of brief searching on Mouser, I thought that this might be what I'm looking for. But I'll admit, I'm pretty out of my depth here.
