I figured I'd post this as a new thread so it gets more of a response.
The Danley TH50 uses a single 15" driver. I wish to build an exact copy of this cab with no reduction in dimensions. Patrick Bateman ran some numbers on DIYaudio but the inside structure was still in question and it seemed to never come to fruition.

I've taken a guess at the inside structure of the Danley TH50. Can anyone comment on it and possibly tweak it? I have a SWR1522D and am willing to try this build. I actually have 5 of these drivers and will build a bunch if the first works well. There are a few other members of this forum here in Colorado that can help me with some REW measurements.
We need to know the full length of the horn before its folded and if it starts at 2" and ends at 14".
Another help would be if someone has the exact dimensions of the driver opening.
