I'd have to see the specs as they're not on the page linked to. The RMS rating is probably a "continuous" power-handlng rating, especially if they call it "power handling." The "peak" figure probably indicates what it can take for short transients, (or for comparison to liars)? The combination may indicate it's not limited by x-max. and suited to music rather than loudness competitions.
