Yes as I said. The chip is in the right way but the notch in the holder is facing the wrong way. I never put the chip in backwards. The issue is the voltage outputs of that chip.

Looking at my voltages what is your opinion of the problem?

It seems you haven't installed all the 0.1uF de-couple cap, right?

OK, do you check if there any point shorted to GND?
Your DAC now not work? Can't lock SPDIF or what?

Or you needed to install the filter network to make the output of AD1865 more stable, some guys in China clone the AN DAC before and face same problem too, after they add the filter network, the problem solved
