Hi,
Lots of people on this forum are building the DACEnd or the DACEnd 2 by Andrea Ciuffoli. I read a lot about parts, upgrades and so on. But it is hard to find any results, reviews or comparisons of these DAC's on this forum. My question is, are there already people on this forum who are using one of these DAC's in their Audio System, with good, bad or exellent results? |

You use 20ma for 1/2 tube, that is fine for the sound!
3k x 0.04 x 0.04 = 4.8W, so 6 x 2w = 12W, that is ok, no problem! if you do not feel you can add a resistor 18k again, and down + B to 195V And always keep 40ma for one tube and Anode 90V. Can you tell me the sound it?? thanks!

Nice, I'm very interested in your opinion. I'm just started with this project, it can take some time, because work is also important. I'm building the DACEnd (not the DACEnd2) You will hear from me when my DAC is running. Do you use the 'Andrea Ciuffoli' PSU layout in your system? |
