USD30 for 2 double layer boards from Vietnam is not exactly cheap ......
Maybe you could tell us how much less if you manage 30 sets ?

Can you explain how this design is different than Andrea's?
It appears simpler, I see no tubes or output transformers.

1. No! Dont different, I only use Tl431 shunt, should have 6 separate power supplies.
You can use supply +-5V conect to the board, it is ok

It appears simpler, I see no tubes or output transformers.

2. Tube and out tranformer. I make it in other board
