Problem with STK401-130

HI all
i've a proble with STK401-130
the problem are:
when i make the pcb as shown in datasheet i found it have some error (short circuit) between +ve and -ve pins
there are some different between the schematic and pcb in this datasheet so i don't know who is right schematic or pcb
at any way when i make the pcb it fails
and when i make a new pcb from the schematic the amp work good with good sound but
R9 and R5 have been burned due to very high heat
i don't know why
then the IC it self burned
so can any one help me in this problem or can suggest any circuit compatible with this IC

Can you point us to the difference between PCB and schematic?

one of the different
pin10 ,11 in schematic are not connectd but in yhe pcb are connected
pin 12 are not connected in pcb but connected in schematics

Pin 10 and 11 are not connected inside the IC so it doesn’t matter if they are connected on the PCB trace or not. No worries here.
Pin 12 should go to the –ve trace. I accentuated the trace, see if it matches your design.

Most likely, when the chip went up in smoke, it took R9 and R5 along with him.

It might also be that the wattage you used is inadequate. Try a few watts for these R's.

the problem is still
after replaced the resistor with other one 7watt
the resistor was heated
then burned
i don't know why?

Which resistor? Is that with the chip mounted or not?
With disconnected power supply, check with an ohmmeter if +ve, -ve and ground are not shorted against each other.

Swap out C5 incase it has internal short...
If it has, that channel is driveing very low impendace load.

Only problem on one channel?

there is no short between +ve &-ve
but when R9 & R5 are heated for long time the power supply shorted and IC BURNED

Please take the time to explain more in detail what you did.

What about a short between -ve <> ground and -ve <> ground.
Which IC burned? the STK or the power supply IC.
Are the resistors heating up with or without IC?
Was there a load connected? Was the input connected?

this short happen in pcb in datasheet but i don't use it i use the schematic

yes input from computer
load are 8ohm speaker pioneer

please replace the 0.1uf cap on the output.
If it is defective you are driveing a 3ohm load

yep 0.1uf (100nf) nice big voltage one if there is space...avoid polyester film caps and other low voltage caps.
