Source for All-In-One IEC Socket?

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a good part and supplier for an all-in-one IEC socket solution? Ideally it would be socket, switch, pilot light and fuse, in a snap in (or screw in) panel mount. In a pinch I could do without the pilot light. ;)

Man, searching through all the bewildering choices on the major supplier sites is bewildering, and I haven't seen anything on the boutique sites with all these features.

I'm not looking for an esoteric, Mystery Moose Pee Treated solution, just something reliable and inexpensive.
