ok... i need to find some:

1:1/1 phase splitter transformers

1/1:10/10 step up transformers

1/1:1 transformers.

first one runs at about 1-2v level. loaded with say 100K.

second is a step-up with 100mA or so running through primary... but is push pull so no net DC current or little.

step-up with say 100K load on secondary.

final is a 1:1 step down with 3A on primary but again is push pull.

The second and third are not generally off the shelf items - at least not any shelf that I know of.

I see two choices:

1) Call a custom winder like Jack at Electraprint.

2) Use toroidal mains transformers being VERY careful to balance the DC currents. Talk to Shoog about that. :)

I haven't had them do it but Edcor will custom wind transformers. It was reported here on the forum that having one of their OPTs wound with wire leads instead of tabs cost an extra 89 cents! Of course that was a small mod to an otherwise of the shelf item but they should be worth contacting.
