Are you looking for enclosure (box) design software?
WinISD http://www.linearteam.dk/
may be a good choice (free). It has an internal database of driver's
T-S parameters, and can input your own.
There are also programs / spreadsheets for x-over design.
I have done a multipage spreadsheet for 1st order x-overs - low&high.
It was not all that difficult. The equations for the 1st order are fairly easy to comprehend, and enter into any
shreadsheet http://www.openoffice.org/
If you are talking about the whole thing:
I have heard of someone using electrical-FEA style software to design a
voice coil to magnet interface (if that is the right way to call it).
