Awhile back (in one of the class-H threads), a few posts mentioned how the ground rail itself can be used as another power supply tier in a rail switching power amplifier. Can someone explain this in further detail for me?
Isn't that where the current is oposite polarity than the voltage due to large load reactance, so the 'ground rail' helps with the SOA by reducing voltage on the outputs? or assumes the role of another current source or something like that.
