I'm doing My Project is "Computer semiconductor characteristic curve" (My english is bad.So Just Show the test result.)

Ic->Hfe curve
Vbe(Vgs)->Ic(Id) curve
Vce(Vds)->Ic(Id) curve
The VCE measure range from 0 to 36V
The IC measure range from 2mA to 3A

I use 3 Channel DAC to driver 3 x TDA2030 as B/C/E Channel Power Supply.
When Channel_C is output 38V,Channel_E is 2V,so VCE is +36V.
When Channel_C is output 2V,Channel_E is 38V,so VCE is -36V.
So we can test P or N type BJT/MOS/J-FET..... And only use single 40V power supply.
The circuit and PCB file as upper link.
But it is Chinese. and i don't know to translate to English.
