I recently installed a Trust SP 3600A 2.1 system in our kitchen to extend our Home cinema system. The setup works great except for the bass, it's far to "boomy". I have "stuffed" the port with some rolled up foam and the effect is almost perfect. Is there anything else I can do to reduce the bass response? The subwoofer is ported to the rear and there is no bass control on the wired remote, only On/Off and Volume.
I suppose that the ideal would be to put a variable high pass filter on the input.
