hitachi lateral power mosfet in pspice

Hi all,

I'm busy with drawing the hitachi lateral power mosfet amp of Antony holton into Pspice 10.

But i can't find some models of some transistor and fet's in Pspice.

I'm looking for the MJE350 and the mosfet 2sk1058 and the 2SJ 162 does anybody has these models ?
